So we set out to create a solution for design-centric companies that want an easier way to manage and support the ever-growing number of people and teams getting involved in their design process.Īfter nearly a year of working closely with companies like Cisco, Dell, and Grammarly, we’re excited to introduce our new Enterprise plan. Welcome more people into the file with Figma EnterpriseĪs all types of teams embraced FigJam and more people contributed to the design process, Figma began to feel a bit crowded and overwhelming for users and administrators. For unlimited shared whiteboards for your entire organization, plans start at $3 per editor. Like Figma, FigJam will be free on the Starter plan, with access to unlimited personal whiteboards and three shared whiteboards with unlimited collaborators. This year, we’ll continue building on this foundation so teams can lead more engaging meetings and bring even more people into the design process. We are opening up our platform and inviting all builders to create the first plugins and widgets for FigJam. FigJam is the home for Dwell’s editorial team to crowdsource ideas in “swarms,” for Square’s People team to conduct new hire onboarding, and for Twitter’s engineering team to hold cross-functional bug bashes where anyone can take part. Since then, it’s been amazing to see all the different ways that teams have come together in FigJam. ![]() After all, their use cases were what inspired us to build FigJam in the first place. We launched FigJam into beta last April because we wanted to learn from our users. Brainstorm, diagram, plan, and connect in FigJam-now out of beta That’s why we’re excited to launch new FigJam plans, as well as a new Figma Enterprise plan, to welcome more people into the design process. We want Figma to be a place where everyone can participate in the design process together-from brainstorm to build-while also making it easy to stay organized and flow from one task to the next. But the sheer number of functions and projects also meant more files for users to sift through, less flexibility for teams to work with, and a lot of responsibility for administrators to handle on their own. At Cisco, for example, having multiple product groups working alongside each other broke down silos across departments. And for a lot of our users, Figma has increasingly become that place-particularly as design opens up company-wide and more people are invited to take part in the process.īut as more users have found a home for design in Figma, we’ve heard that brainstorming, designing, and building all in one place can get… well… a bit messy. We optimized blog posts for SEO, added keywords, and H1, H2, and H3 headings, and because of that the website is higher in Google search results.Companies need a place to come together, whether it’s to work through problems, riff on ideas, or simply connect and have fun. ![]() What's more, also a blog section appeared, to share valuable tips and knowledge about the marketing sector. We also developed the "answer your question" form, which helps potential agency customers to contact employees to estimate a project. We suggested creating a new section with statistics to show their biggest achievements, and show what their work style looks like. It was creating a new site with modern layouts and a fresh and intuitive CMS. ![]() In the beginning, we asked our client about his expectations. Walter had never had to wait for a reply from us - we're almost always available. We always take care of our customer's satisfaction - that is why we pay attention to communications. He asked us to develop a new website for his agency in April 2020. Walter Idzikowski - the founder of the agency heard about us from his friend and this is why he decided to choose spinbits as the best partner to work with. 0101 marketing is a digital marketing agency that works with companies in the IT and Tech industries. ![]() To be fair, the soft feel of it could be more to do with how thin the skids are than the quality of the plastic - it's the same stuff used for his rotor blades - but, whatever the cause, they don't tend to stay in place very well and, straight out of the box, I had to cut off some mold flashing from one of them as it prevented one side folding into place at all. Whereas a lot of TransFormers choppers over the last decade or so have used landing wheels - occasionally folding away, size and parts count allowing - Drift has landing skids, styled to match his futuristic design, yet molded in a fairly soft, grey plastic. The odd silver and gold details evident in screenshots of the CGI would, I think, have detracted from the simple elegance of his sculpt. ![]() It's not the most extensively decorated mold out there, but Studio Series does seem to skimp on the paintwork when it wants to, and this one doesn't really need any more than it has. The overall effect is of a far more streamlined Blue Thunder-type steath/attack chopper. It's mostly black plastic, with a translucent blue making up three sections of the cockpit/nose, and glossy black paint to cover the necessary parts, with dark grey plastic rotor blades, frontmost guns, and landing skids. Given that the only clear images of Drift's helicopter mode have come from screenshots of the movie on DVD/Blu Ray, it's interesting to see that Hasbro actually seem to have gone to some effort to make the toy look like the CGI, even placing visible bit's of his blue-highlighted robot mode armour in more-or-less the right places. I don't think anyone actually expected to see a Triple-Changer movie Drift toy, but none of the available options really looked a great deal like what was ( briefly glimpsed) on screen.Ĭue Studio Series, with a new take on helicopter Drift, derived from the ( not especially well-received) helicopter Dropkick mold. ![]() Hasbro's response was to release a separate One Step Changer for each vehicle mode, and repaint Dark of the Moon Skyhammer as a Voyager class companion to their Deluxe class Veyron Drift. It wasn't mentioned, let alone referenced as being unusual in any way, it was just another throwaway bit of CGI trickery in a movie series that had already stopped giving a damn about consistency. The big surprise was that, during a couple of sequences of the movie, he transformed not into his much-publicised Bugatti Veyron vehicle mode, but a sci-fi ( possibly even Cybertronian) helicopter. He ended up with little to do, as the scripts still gave the majority of the dialogue to the human characters - pretty much all he did was spout some haiku, argue with Crosshairs and Hound, and fawn over Optimus Prime. Drift's sudden and unexpected appearance in Age of Extinction had at least a modicum of fanfare because Paramount had somehow convinced Ken Watanabe to lend his voice to the character. |
